If you only want to disable caching you need to disable the corresponding Speed Kit App. This makes our backend deny all requests for cached content, so that your users get your page directly from your backend. However this does not ensure that no traffic is generated by your App, and therefore you might still get billed depending on your payment plan.
In order to completely stop using Speed Kit and to not get billed for it, you will have to delete the corresponding Speed Kit App. To do this, open https://dashboard.baqend.com/ and navigate to
settings -> danger section -> delete app.
If you have bought Speed Kit via Plesk, instead of this you simply cancel your subscription for our extension. Read the article by the Plesk support team on how to do this at [1].
If you want us to delete data saved about you according to GDPR regulations, please let us know at support@baqend.com.
